But there are things that should be taken into consideration (in my opinion, I'm not an expert): the real estate market is a very fluid platform, it can't be just reduce to numbers. If you follow the numbers, it all make sense. But it's not that simple, isn't it? Your math is good, this is an interesting point of view.
